STRAWBERRY SHORT TORTE | |
1 lb. cake 3 c. strawberries, sliced & sweetened 3 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip, extra creamy, thawed Cut cake into 14 slices, 1/2 inch thick. Place 7 of the slices on individual dessert plates. Spoon half of the berries onto cake slices, allowing about 3 tablespoons for each; top with half of the Cool Whip, allowing about 4 tablespoons for each. Repeat layers, ending with a scoop of topping on top. |
