SUMMER SALAD 
4 heads Bibb or Boston lettuce
1 firm ripe or canned peach
1/2 c. purple grape halves
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1/4 c. walnut halves

GINGER ORANGE DRESSING:

1 (3 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 c. vegetable oil, olive
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. honey

Thaw juice and mix well.
