SAVORY CHICKEN SCALLOP 
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
3 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped pimento
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. cooked rice
4 slightly beaten eggs

TOPPING:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients. Spoon into 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Heat soup, milk and sour cream. Serve on each serving.
