SEAFOOD SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crab flavored fish, thawed
1 (6 oz.) pkg. pea pods, thawed
1/2 can (4 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. seasoned croutons
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Thousand Island or French salad dressing

Layer in order listed. Before serving, spoon salad dressing on top. Serves 4.
