SPINACH SALAD AND DRESSING 
1/2 lb. bacon, fried, diced
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 lb. bean sprouts
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Toss.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil

Mix.
