WINE CHEESE SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. tawny port wine
1/2 lb. grated sharp American cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 oz. Roquefort (or blue cheese), crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt

Soften cream cheese and blend in wine. Mix all ingredients. Place in 6 inch ring mold and chill.
