APPLE DIP 
4 apples, sliced
1 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice or pineapple juice
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 can pineapple chunks

Slice apples into water mixed with lemon juice or into pineapple juice to keep them white. Beat sour cream, cream cheese, cinnamon, brown sugar and nuts until creamy.

Put dip in small bowl in center of tray and arrange sliced apples and pineapple chunks around tray. You can also add strawberries and melons to the tray.
