OATMEAL MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cooked oats
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder

Cook oatmeal and set aside to cool. Mix remaining ingredients. Add cooled oatmeal; mix well. Fill cupcake pan 1/2 full with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. There is no need to frost. Kids love them for snacks.
