LEMON CHESS PIE 
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs
4 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 grated lemon rind
Unbaked 9" pie shell

Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal. Add next 5 ingredients, beat well until smooth and blended. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
