ORANGE NUT BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsalted butter (softened)
2 eggs
1 c. fresh squeezed orange juice with pulp
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. orange extract

Mix flour with salt, baking powder and soda. Cream sugar with butter, beat in eggs, one at a time. Add orange juice to sugar mixture alternately with the flour mixture. Add extracts and nuts and stir well. Pour into 3 well greased small loaf pans (3 1/2 x 6 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until done. Remove from pans, cool. Chill before slicing. Can be served with cream cheese spread.
