ORANGE-NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
2 eggs or egg substitute
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, combine the butter, eggs and orange juice and add to the dry ingredients. Mix well and pour into a greased 1-quart loaf pan. Let mixture sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 8.
