ONION CELESTE 
2 lg. Bermuda onions, sliced
2 c. (1/2 lb.) grated or finely chopped Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup mixed with 1/3 c. milk
Butter 2 rolls (split), cut in 1 inch cubes

Saute onions until limp in a couple tablespoons of butter slowly.

Add cheese and soup.

Place roll cubes on top.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly and cubes are brown.
