SNICKERDOODLES 
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
Sugar
Cinnamon

Cream together eggs, sugar and shortening. Sift together dry ingredients and add to combine with creamed mixture. Chill until dough is cold. Combine 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Roll chilled dough into balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
