MEATBALL STEW 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Wesson oil
1 onion, quartered
2 potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, cut up
1 c. green beans, cut up
1/2 c. water
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with mushrooms

Combine meat, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Make into small balls. Brown in Wesson oil. Add vegetables, water, and sauce. Cover and simmer until tender, about 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
