MINI MEATBALL STEW | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onions 1/4 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 2 (8 oz.) or 1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce with tomato bits Combine beef, onion, chili powder and salt. Shape into small meatballs. Brown in a large skillet; drain off fat. Arrange mixed vegetables in skillet with meatballs. Pour on Hunt's sauce. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. 6 servings. |
