MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced celery
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 qt. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce or 15 1/2 oz. own sauce

Brown onion and celery in butter; add meat, garlic, beaten egg, bread crumbs and seasonings. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Then pour sauce over meat loaf and bake 15 minutes longer.
