MARINATED LAMB 
6 lb. butterflied leg of lamb or lamb chops
3 to 4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 to 2 cloves pressed garlic

For larger quantities, double the recipe.

Marinate the lamb for at least 1 hour in above ingredients. Barbecue over medium coals until temperature for medium or to taste.

OR cook in oven at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes to 120 degrees, then broil 2 to 3 minutes to brown. Let sit for 8 to 10 minutes before serving.
