VEGETARIAN SPAGHETTI 
1 (16 oz.) box angel hair spaghetti
1 (10 to 12 oz.) bag cauliflower florets
1 (24 oz.) jar original spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
1 (15 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes, drained
shredded cheese, for sprinkling

Boil pasta and cauliflower until pasta is tender. Strain.

Add sauce and tomatoes. Mix well. Garnish each serving with cheese.
