PINA COLADA FLIP 
46 oz. can pineapple juice, chilled
16 oz. can cream of coconut
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
28 oz. bottle club soda, chilled

Combine pineapple juice and cream of coconut in punch bowl; mix well. Spoon in ice cream. Add club soda gradually just before serving. Yields 12 servings.
