SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 block butter
1/4 c. Italian cheese
1 can sm. chopped water chestnuts
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Seasoned bread crumbs (Zataran's)

Boil and drain spinach. Melt butter and cheese. Add chestnuts and Tabasco sauce. Place in a baking dish, greased. Put Italian cheese and bread crumbs on top. Place in 350 degree oven and bake until bread crumbs are brown.
