EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices bread cubes, not toasted
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, sharp

Brown and drain meat well. Beat eggs and add all ingredients. Put in casserole overnight. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to an hour. Knife stuck in middle should come out clean. Can set a little while before serving if necessary.
