TUNA SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) tuna with water, or turkey or chicken
1/2 c. sm. cooked macaroni
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. apple, chopped
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced almonds or walnuts

Mix all lightly. Chill for 2 hours. Second day even better.
