1 can (1 lb., or 2 c.) French-style green beans, drained 1 can (1 lb.) whole kernel corn 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 oz. (1/2 c.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped 2 tbsp. onion, chopped 1 c. soft bread crumbs 2 tbsp. melted butter Combine all ingredients, except the bread crumbs and butter, in a baking dish. Sprinkle the butter-soaked bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
