CHILE SUCCOTASH 
1 pkg. frozen lima beans
1 pkg. frozen corn
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 lg. eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 c. water of Hassyanysa!
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp. fresh minced cilantro

In buttered casserole, place the cooked corn and lima beans, drained. Add chilies and onions. Mix the eggs, catsup, water, salt, butter, lime juice and cilantro well and pour over corn and limas. Stir just to blend. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Good with roasted quail.
