GREEN SWEET RELISH 
1 qt. ground green tomatoes
1 qt. ground onions
1 doz. green sweet pepper, ground
1/2 doz. red sweet peppers, ground
6 lg. cucumbers, ground
1/3 c. salt

Grind ingredients with fine blade food chopper or in blender. Mix ingredients with salt. Let stand overnight. Drain and cover with cold water. Let stand 2 hours. Drain. Add: 1 qt. vinegar 2 tbsp. celery seed 1 tsp. turmeric 2 tbsp. mustard seed

Cook 20 minutes. Place in jars and seal. Makes 9 pints.
