4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cook flour and milk together until thickened, chill. In small bowl blend Crisco, butter and sugar together. Gradually blend with flour and milk mixture. Add vanilla.
