BEER BREAD | |
3 c. self rising flour 4 tbsp. sugar 1 can beer at room temp. 1 c. raisins 1 or 2 tsp. cinnamon Mix flour and sugar. Add beer. Mix. Batter is rather thick. Pour in greased loaf pan. Let stand in warm place for about 15 to 20 minutes. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degrees. |
