BEER BREAD 
3 c. self rising flour
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1/2 c. raisins (opt.)
1/2 c. walnuts (opt.)

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Pour in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
