MARINATED BROCCOLI SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 lg. head raw broccoli, cut florets into bite size pieces
1/2 med. onion, diced
1/3 c. raisins

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Mix and toss with broccoli mixture. Refrigerate.

I always double or triple this recipe because everyone enjoys it so much.
