MARY'S SALAD 
1/2 pkg. spinach
1/2 head lettuce
1 (No. 2) can bean sprouts, drained
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or Baco's
1 can water chestnuts
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, grated or onion juice
Salt to taste

Toss vegetables, eggs and bacon, pour cold dressing over greens just before serving.
