MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 jar apricot jam
1 med. onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, sliced
Flank steak

Put all ingredients, including flank steak, in zip lock bag. Marinate 5-8 hours in refrigerator. Grill to liking. Slice as you would London broil.
