MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. flank steak
8 oz. Italian dressing (Pfeiffer)

Score 2 1/2 to 3 pounds flank steak on both sides. Marinate 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian dressing in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight; turn once. Braise about 5 minutes on each side. Serve thin slices cut across grain with remaining marinade. Makes 8 servings.
