CALIFORNIA VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen California Blend vegetables
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (sm. box)
1 stick butter
1 stack crackers (Ritz), approximately 22-24 crackers

Cook vegetables as directed on package until done. Drain. Place in 8 x 10 inch baking dish. Shred cheese over vegetables. Melt butter mix with crushed crackers. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles (approximately 30 minutes).
