VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16-20 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
Velveeta or cheddar cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Put vegetables in baking dish. Cover with sliced cheese. Crush up crackers, sprinkle over cheese. Melt butter, pour over the top. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
