CRAB PATE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 env. unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp. cold water
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) crab meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash Tabasco
Dash cayenne pepper
Parsley, garnish

Heat soup in saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to soup; stir well. Add next 8 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into an oiled 4 cup mold. Chill to firm.
