SURPRISE BISCUITS 
2 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. milk
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Jam (any kind)
Canned peaches (finely diced)

Mix Bisquick and milk until soft dough forms. Beat 30 seconds if dough is too sticky.

Drop biscuits by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Make a hole in the top of each biscuit (forming a nest). Drop 1 teaspoon of brown sugar in some, 1 teaspoon of jam in some and 1 teaspoon of diced peaches in others. Pinch the top closed to cover the filling. sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 large biscuits.
