RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
2 1/2 c. uncooked rhubarb
1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
Butter
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. plain flour
Dash of cinnamon

Place uncooked, chopped rhubarb into unbaked pie shell. Combine sugar, flour and eggs and pour over rhubarb. Dust with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake for 15 minutes on 400 degrees, then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
