SWEDISH WHITE BROWNIES | |
2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. salad oil 1 c. flour 1 tsp. almond extract 1/2 c. chopped pecans Beat eggs until quite light. Add sugar. Beat again. Add oil. Mix in flour, add extract. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle generously with the pecans and some granulated sugar. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
