ANITA'S YEAST ROLLS 
1/4 c. water, room temperature
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. flour
2 pkg. dry yeast
6 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
3 eggs
2 c. hot water

Dissolve yeast, sugar, and flour in 1/4 cup water. Let rise to top of cup.

Mix flour, sugar, salt, and butter. Add yeast mixture, eggs, and water to flour mixture; mix well.

Cover bowl and let rise. Roll out in desired shape. Let rise about 2 hours. Bake on greased pans at 375 degrees about 15 minutes.

You also can let the dough rise in refrigerator overnight.
