1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked

Blend cream cheese, onion, ketchup, and horseradish until well mixed. Fold in salmon and mix well.
