SNICKER CAKE | |
1 box German chocolate cake mix 1 pkg. Kraft caramels 3/4 c. chocolate chips 1/3 c. milk 1 stick butter 1 c. chopped nuts Make cake as per directions. Spoon 2 1/2 cups batter into 9x12 1/2 x 2-inch glass dish (approximately). Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels with butter and milk (I do this in the microwave). Pour over first layer of cake; spread chocolate chips and nuts over caramel. Spoon the rest of the cake batter over this and bake 20 minutes at 250 degrees. When the times goes off, increase oven to 350 degrees for another 10 minutes. Yum! |
