SNICKERDOODLES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream shortenings and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add dry ingredients. Roll in walnut size balls and then roll in cinnamon mixture.

CINNAMON MIXTURE:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
