MICROWAVE STIR-FRY 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lg. onion
Garlic powder
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 sm. broccoli
1 sm. cauliflower
1 lg. or 3 med. zucchini
Soy sauce
Fresh or dry parsley
1 tsp. each basil and thyme

Combine olive oil, onion and garlic in 2 1/2 quart microproof dish, cover, place in oven. Cook High 5 minutes. Add red, green and yellow peppers, broccoli, cauliflower. Blend well with onion mixture, cover and cook on high 6 minutes. Add zucchini, parsley, basil, thyme, soy sauce, cover and cook on High 7 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
