BLACK BOTTOMS CUPCAKES 
FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix low speed, then fold in chips and set aside.

CUPCAKES:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients well, add remaining ingredients. Mix at medium speed. Fill paper cups 1/3 to 1/2 full with cake mix. Drop a tablespoon of filling in center of each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
