RITZ BITS SNACK 
2 boxes Ritz Bits
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. baking soda

Spread crackers and peanuts in a baking pan. Mix sugar, butter and Karo syrup bring to boil; boiling 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Pour glaze over crackers. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on waxed paper.
