BISCUIT AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
11 oz. can pork and beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 c. shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients; heat until bubbly. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Cut biscuits in half and cover top. Place cut side down. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
