HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
8 eggs (yolks and whites beaten separately)
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk
2 cans condensed milk
2 tbsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, salt and egg yolks. Add milk. Lastly, add beaten egg whites. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Put in ice cream maker.

NOTE: For chocolate ice cream, add 1 can of Hershey's syrup after thickening.
