1 c. + 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 oz. toasted chopped pecans 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. honey 1/4 c. egg substitute 2 tsp. reduced calorie butter, melted Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all together in large bowl, spoon batter evenly into prepared cups. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden. |
