TORTELLINI SALAD 
1 lb. tortellini
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. dillweed
Mixed vegetables
Black olives

Mix all ingredients together except tortellini and vegetables. Cook tortellini according to directions. Add dressing and veggies to tortellini and toss. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
