CORN CASSEROLE 
2 c. corn
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. scalded milk
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix corn, flour, sugar and salt together. Combine eggs, melted butter and milk and mix with corn mixture. Pour into greased casserole and place in pan of water in 350°F oven for 1 1/4 hours. Stir corn mixture twice in the first 30 minutes. It is done when a silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
